We all hold images in our mind of what a leader looks like, sounds like, and acts like. In this session we will look at how this #Metoo moment relates to these images of leadership that we hold, and what this moment demands of leaders. We’ll use text and conversation to delve into issues of gender and leadership in the Jewish community.
