In addition to the obligation of "Shimush Talmidei Hakhamim" (Attend to Torah Scholars), there is, as well, a sacred obligation to take the Torah that one has received from one's teachers, and in each case to make it, and its significance, known to subsequent generations. In this session, I will, with gratitude, aim to do so with the Torah of four of my own teachers: H.L. Ginsberg, David Weiss Halivni, Gerson D. Cohen, and Yochanan Muffs.
