Women are uniting against sexual harassment in the workplace. Various professions (including Jewish professionals) have been employing “Whisper Networks” and circulating anonymously sourced blacklists of perpetrators of sexual crimes. Can this too be an abuse of power? Under what circumstances is it ethical to look at or add to these lists? Once you have seen the contents, what reactions are appropriate? Leveraging some compelling Talmudic precedents, we’ll bring Torah wisdom to bear.
