Over the last year, the number of refugees and displaced people across the world has grown to more than 65 million - the worst refugee crisis in history. In this interactive session, we will ground ourselves in some basic facts about the crisis and then explore meanings of the term ger (stranger), the evolving Jewish imperative to welcome the stranger, how to reconcile fear, and how to address misunderstanding about who refugees are.
