Set in a Sephardic Orthodox Jewish community in Jerusalem, a joyous celebration turns into a disaster. A new rabbi’s fundamentalist ways soon divide the close-knit congregation along gender lines. A battle of the sexes ensues, threatening to tear apart families and friends.
